Rockades in the government are to be expected when Magdalena Andersson takes over from Stefan Löfven at the Social Democrats' congress this week.

Jonna Sima, lead writer at Aftonbladet (independent social democratic) and S-labeled debater Göran Greider both believe that Södertälje's municipal councilor Boel Godner (S) has a good chance of getting a ministerial post.

In that case, it would be a cabinet post linked to her experience of the integration issue.

- Integration is a matter of fate.

Somehow a Social Democratic government must indicate that it knows something about those problems, says Greider.

Sima believes that the current National Police Chief and former Säpo chief Anders Thornberg is a possible candidate for the position of Minister of the Interior.

- I think he sounds like a Social Democrat and talks about the importance of preventive measures against gang crime.

I think he would be excellent there, says Sima.

The Social Democrats' congress begins on Wednesday 3 November at 2 pm and runs until Sunday 7 November at 1 pm.
