The Swedish Public Health Agency has issued new recommendations for both fully vaccinated and non-fully vaccinated persons.
They take effect from today, 1 November.
Children, adolescents and adults who have been fully vaccinated or have had covid-19 confirmed for the past six months do not need to be tested if they develop symptoms.
Adults and children from preschool class and up who are not fully vaccinated should stay home for symptoms and get tested as soon as possible.
However, there are exceptions.
