Britain's Queen Elizabeth II, who was ordered to rest for two weeks of royal duties, was pictured on Monday driving herself around her estate at Windsor Castle.
The 95-year-old queen appears in the photo posted on a number of British social networking sites behind the wheel of the car with a hood and sunglasses.
Last month, the Queen of Britain was forced to cancel some planned engagements and spent a night in hospital due to an unspecified illness, unrelated to Covid-19.
It was her first night in a hospital in years.
Buckingham Palace said her doctors had told her to rest and avoid official visits for at least two weeks.
Among the engagements she was forced to withdraw from was a reception on the occasion of the opening of the United Nations Climate Summit (COP26), which begins Monday in Scotland.
The Queen, who is known for her good health, continues to participate in a number of virtual public meetings by video, and appears happy and in good health, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that he spoke with her last week, and that she was "fine".
