The head of the Courts Department, Counselor Ahmed Muhammad Al-Khateri, said that the community initiative comes within the objectives and strategy of the court to enhance community cohesion, and to address the challenges and recurring disputes facing some separated families regarding the implementation of the provisions of the vision of children in custody, through cooperation with strategic partners.

He explained that the Courts Department is keen to develop its procedures and services, in order to achieve the strategy of the Ras Al Khaimah government, and in compliance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and His Highness Sheikh Muhammad bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Judicial Council.

The President of the Court of First Instance, Judge Hassan Boualrouga, indicated that this community initiative contributes to facilitating separated families, which have executive files related to the provisions of seeing children in custody. The headquarters and branches of the Emirates Association enjoy suitable environments and capabilities that help provide the appropriate atmosphere to complete the vision process.

The head of the Family Court, Judge Aref bin Humaidan, stated that the initiative will reduce differences in some family cases, given the difficulty of determining the appropriate place agreed upon by the two parties to implement the provisions of seeing the children in custody, as the court specified the headquarters and branches of the Emirates Association as a neutral place that satisfies both parties.

The Vice President and Director General of the Emirates Association for Social Development, Khalaf Salem bin Anbar, said that the association seeks to cooperate with all government agencies to achieve common goals in terms of development and community support, pointing out that the association has dedicated all its headquarters, branches and facilities to implement the initiative, in cooperation with the Family Court in the Courts Department. , because of its direct impact on separated families, which suffer from differences, and face challenges in implementing the provisions of seeing children in custody, due to the inability to agree on neutral places acceptable to all parties.
