"The activity of a cell of an extremist organization banned in the Russian Federation in IK-3 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Kaluga Region has been identified and suppressed," the message says.
It is noted that the cell was created by one of the convicts and involved others in its activities.
They promoted the traditions adopted in the criminal environment, did not fulfill the legal requirements of the administration of the institution, organized the delivery of prohibited items to the colony, and robbed other convicts under the threat of physical violence.
