40-year-old Vera Dubrova (surname changed) from Sergiev Posad works in a polyclinic and single-handedly raises three children.
According to the woman, on October 25, she accompanied her eldest 14-year-old daughter Ekaterina (her name has been changed) to school, and after lunch she was informed that the girl was taken directly from the school by the guardianship staff and taken to an orphanage.
“I drove to school for my daughter, I don't suspect anything, and then they tell me that my daughter was taken away.
The earth immediately disappeared from under my feet, it is impossible to describe what I experienced.
I knew that the child was at school, I saw in the electronic diary that they were giving her grades, but they told me that my daughter was in the orphanage, they were not allowed to meet, ”says Vera RT.
As it turned out, the reason was several candid photos that Katya decided to send to her classmate.
“She snapped a couple of beach-style photos in the bathroom while on vacation.
There was nothing obscene there, just stupid photos, she covered most of her body with a towel.
I sent it to the boy, and he posted everything on the social network.
They were immediately downloaded, shown to the class teacher, she sent them to me too.
As I saw, I immediately scolded Katya, but did not expect that everything would go so far, ”explains Dubrova.

On the first day after the holidays, the class teacher, according to the mother, turned to the guardianship authorities and Katya was immediately taken to an orphanage.
“That night, when the girl was taken away, I felt bad, I had to call an ambulance because of tachycardia.
They wanted to take me to the hospital, but I refused.
The next day I went to work, it became bad again, ”the woman recalls.
Only two days later, after disputes with the guardianship officials, the mother managed to find out to which institution her daughter was taken.
“I was eventually allowed there, but how many nerves I had to spend to see my daughter,” she complains.
"She was alone and defenseless"
Last Friday, after social activists got involved in the case, and RT sent a corresponding request to the guardianship authorities, the girl was returned to her mother.
“You helped me a lot.
As soon as it became clear that the story would become known, I received a call from the juvenile committee and asked when I would go after my daughter.
I said that right now, I don't want the child to stay there for a day.
To such an extent I was glad then, emotions were going through the roof.
I couldn't just believe my eyes when I went to the orphanage and they gave me a girl.
There are not enough words to thank everyone who supported me, ”the woman says.
The head of the Ivan Chai movement, Elina Zhgutova, is sure that the problem was quickly resolved thanks to public attention.

“After the police took Katya straight from the school to the orphanage, the mother herself rushed to the KDN, but her application was not accepted.
After all, she was alone and absolutely defenseless.
The next time she came after the public resonance created by the activists, the application was immediately accepted, ”she says.
As Zhgutova said, after twenty minutes it was possible to assemble a commission of thirteen people, which decided to give up the child.
“Vera sobbed with happiness that her daughter would be returned.
But they had no right to take her away and keep her in the shelter, ”the human rights activist notes.

At the same time, the guardianship and KDN of Sergiev Posad refused to comment on the situation.
The girl's classroom teacher also refused to talk.

Vera Dubrova herself says that she fears that they will try again to try to separate from her daughter.
“Today the teacher came to my house to check whether the girl is at home or not.
Without a regulation, it is illegal.
Then she just called and said that she had come.
Why didn't you call me in advance to warn me?
I have a working day, I am at the clinic.
My daughter is on vacation, she is at home, but she could visit her relatives at that time, ”Vera says.
According to her, she wants to get punishment for those who seized her daughter.
“I learned from my own experience that a child can be taken away without any reason.
I have only now realized from my own experience what kind of system it is and that it needs to be changed, ”she says.
Elina Zhgutova notes that this case only shows once again that any family may be under attack.
“If a child demonstrates deviant behavior, some kind of disobedience, the parents automatically become guilty.
And in the field of view of the guardianship authorities it is possible because of any trifle, for example, as in the case of Katya, who was taken away because of a careless photograph sent via the Internet, ”she said.
Now Dubrova has requested all the documents related to the seizure of her daughter, and is preparing, together with lawyers, complaints to the appropriate authorities.
