Abdullah bin Zayed receives Lesotho's Minister of Foreign Affairs at Expo 2020 Dubai

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received at the headquarters of Expo 2020 Dubai, Matsibo Ramako, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Lesotho.


During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations between the UAE and the Kingdom of Lesotho and ways to strengthen them and explore broader horizons for cooperation in all fields to serve the common interests of the two countries and their peoples.


The meeting also dealt with a number of issues of common interest and the role of Expo 2020 Dubai in creating new opportunities for cooperation between the participating countries to support comprehensive and sustainable development efforts in societies.


His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed Minister Matsuibo Ramako, stressing the distinguished relations between the UAE and Lesotho and the keenness to strengthen them and develop cooperation and partnership between the two countries in all fields.


His Highness praised Lesotho's participation in Expo 2020 Dubai and its keenness to be present in this prominent global event in order to strengthen bridges of communication with the world and open up wider horizons for cooperation, partnership and development.


The meeting was attended by Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of Expo 2020 Dubai.
