Finnish researchers have succeeded in producing coffee in a laboratory using cells from coffee plants.
According to the researchers themselves, the taste experience should be almost perfect.
- There are still some taste differences, but it is interesting how close it is to regular coffee, says researcher Heikki Aisala.
