Many of Shah Rukh Khan's fans also gathered in front of his Mumbai home, carrying banners that read, "Be strong Aryan Khan, welcome home Prince Aryan."

bail

The Indian youth was released on bail after the hearing on the request for the release of the young man was postponed days ago, while his lawyer was trying during the previous sessions to prove that the Drug Enforcement Office had no strong evidence against the 23-year-old young man.

The defense team of actor Shah Rukh Khan's son pointed out that he was arrested by mistake and was held in prison for more than 20 days without reason.

Shah Rukh Khan visited Arthur Road prison in Mumbai to see his son once about a week ago, after he was arrested on the 2nd of this month in a drug case.

Not the only one involved

Aryan was arrested with seven others on October 2, in Mumbai, after a police raid on a party on a ship bound for the neighboring state of Goa.

The Indian Central Bureau of Narcotics Control stated that "the accused was constantly using prohibited substances and was in contact with people abroad, who appeared to be part of a drug-smuggling ring".

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is conducting its investigations with 3 other celebrities who may be involved in the same case with Aryan Khan, including the Indian actress "Ananya Pandey", whose personal computer and two personal phones were seized, in an attempt to retrieve some deleted data that the office believed to be related to the case, The Times of India also reported that several WhatsApp conversations between Shah Rukh Khan's son and actress Ananya Pandey had been leaked, in which they agreed to buy drugs.

Aryan Khan's defense said, "At the time of his arrest he was not in possession of any drugs, and did not have enough money to buy them, so there is no evidence to charge him with drug trafficking."

The judiciary refused several times the request to release Ariane on bail until last Thursday, he was released on bail, but he had to spend two more nights behind bars to complete the procedures for his official release.
