According to the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, it will last until November 7.

Earlier, the president signed a decree establishing non-working days throughout Russia from October 30 to November 7, 2021, with salary retention. 

In the Moscow region, the non-working day regime began to operate on October 28.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that most of the enterprises in the capital comply with the non-working day regime.

Earlier, the psychologist gave advice to Russians on non-working days.
