They arrest the couple of the dismembered woman in Torrevieja

A 70-year-old man of

has been arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the dismemberment of his sentimental partner, a 68-year-old compatriot woman, part of whose mortal remains were found this morning in a container in the urban area of

.

Sources of the investigation have informed EFE that the arrest for this alleged

has occurred late at night and that there are no previous complaints between the two.

Images recorded by surveillance cameras near the container where the first remains were found have facilitated the identification and location of the alleged murderer, at whose home in the city of Torrevieja a search has been made that continues late at night.

The arrest occurs just a few hours after a homeless person was found at around 1:45 p.m. inside a container

, very close to a supermarket and the

, the victim's two legs and one arm. .

The judicial police of the Civil Guard took charge of the investigation with an extensive device to try to locate more remains in garbage containers on nearby streets, such as

.

In one of the containers located in this last street and next to the

the agents have worked for several hours and have extracted several bags with remains until around 10 pm, some of which could be from the victim.

A registration has also been made of one of the homes in said urbanization, where the couple presumably resided.

In addition to this search,

to find more remains and the landfills where garbage has been deposited, after its collection and transport by trucks, are also investigated.
