This was stated during the briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

“Despite the statements of officials, Kiev did not bother to provide Russian consular officers with access to this citizen, who, by the way, has Russian citizenship,” she said.

Zakharova added that Moscow insists on the strict fulfillment of its mandate by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mission and that such violations should be included in reports in a timely manner.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Kiev would provide the Russian consul with access to the detained LPR representative in the JCCC Andrei Kosyak.

He was abducted on October 13 by a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the disengagement zone near Zolote.

In Ukraine, they said that he has Russian citizenship.
