In the trial of the terror suspect Franco A., DNA traces incriminated the accused on Monday.

The 32-year-old Bundeswehr officer had hidden the pistol in an airport toilet.

Allegedly he found her by accident.

However, an expert reported on Monday before the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court that the pistol had contained so many DNA traces of the defendant on various parts of the weapon that this spoke against the information provided by the thirty-two-year-old.

"That doesn't match the picture I find here," said the witness.

Rather, the number of traces suggests that the defendant often handled it.

His traces can also be found on the magazine.
