The Dubai Health Authority was keen to provide curative health services to visitors of Expo 2020 Dubai at the level of the global event, as it provided an integrated center that works around the clock, seven days a week, to deal with emergency cases at the event headquarters, so that the disease receives treatment in a few minutes.

The Deputy Director of the "Expo Emergency Center", Dr. Muayyad Saeed Abdul-Ghani, said that "the center was equipped with international specifications, providing health services and the highest levels of safety for visitors and workers of the global event," noting that the center was supported by two clinics at the exhibition headquarters, the first providing first aid. , the second for VIPs.

The authority identified three steps that take place quickly, ensuring that the patient begins receiving treatment within a few minutes, starting with the registration process, passing through the evaluation and examination room, to begin directly the treatment process, which does not exceed five minutes.

He pointed out that "the average cases received by the center daily come with an average of 50 cases, most of them suffer from simple and moderate symptoms, and they are treated at the center's headquarters, so that they can continue their visit normally without any problems."

He stated that the center works in cooperation with the strategic partners represented in the Control and Control Center in Dubai and the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, in addition to seven private hospitals close to the "Expo" to provide the best treatment services for visitors to the global event.

Abdul-Ghani said: "The Expo Emergency Center has been provided with a large and qualitative stock of medicines and medical equipment, to facilitate dealing with all sick cases for visitors of all ages and groups, as well as exhibition workers and exhibitors."

The Dubai Health Authority provides a PCR examination service for the “Corona” virus, with a capacity of 10,000 visitors per day, as it provided the examination service from the car, in addition to visiting designated outlets, and provided the “VIP” examination service, the results of which appear within 20 minutes, while the results appear. The normal service is within four hours, and the examination centers serve residents of the neighboring areas as well as visitors to the «Expo».

Abdul-Ghani pointed out that "the emergency center was provided with a special department for isolation, to deal with any suspected case of (Covid-19), until it is confirmed, and then the necessary measures are taken, in cooperation with the Control and Control Center."

He stressed that the authority has achieved one of the most advanced and integrated medical networks, supported by medical elites, distinguished human competencies, the latest devices and the most successful and most effective treatment protocols, which would meet any medical needs of the pioneers of the great event, and according to the highest international quality standards.

It is worth noting that "Dubai Health" accompanied the first beginnings of preparation and preparation for "Expo 2020 Dubai", as it provided, through an integrated health center, a package of medical services around the clock for all employees and workers of the "Expo" during the establishment and construction period.

He continued, "The network also includes a group of clinics and main medical points distributed in a balanced manner in the event area, in order to provide emergency and treatment services to all those inside the exhibition, around the clock."
