The maneuver


From the fund for tax cuts to the new shock absorbers, 185 articles are contained in the draft of the maneuver on the CDM table.

52 million at equal wages, down post-maternity contributions


New resources for gender equality and wages are arriving with the maneuver: according to what is read in the draft budget law, the Fund to support gender wage equality goes from 2 million euros a year to 52 million. And a Strategic Plan will be created to combat gender stereotypes, and bridge the gaps in work, pay and pensions. In addition, on an experimental basis for 2022, the exemption of 50% of the payment of social security contributions paid by employed mothers in the private sector is recognized as from the return to work after maternity.

In order to guarantee the protection of social security benefits in favor of journalists, with effect from 1 July 2022, the social security function carried out by the National Insurance Institute of Italian Journalists "Giovanni Amendola" (INPGI), under the replacement regime of the corresponding forms of compulsory social security, it is transferred, limited to the replacement management, to the National Social Security Institute (INPS) which happens in the relative active and passive relationships. This is the provisions of art. 28 of the draft of the maneuver.

With effect from the same date - article 28 still states - professional journalists, publicists and trainees holding an employment relationship of a journalistic nature are enrolled in the compulsory general insurance for invalidity, old age and survivors of employees. , as well as, with separate accounting evidence, the holders of insurance positions and holders of direct pensions and survivors already registered with the same form. The pension scheme is standardized, in compliance with the pro-rata principle, with that of employees enrolled in the Employee Pension Fund with effect from 1 July 2022. In particular, for those insured with the INPS substitute management, the amount of the pension is determined by the sum:a) of the pension shares corresponding to the contributory seniority acquired up to 30 June 2022 calculated by applying the provisions in force at the INPGI; b) the portion of the pension corresponding to the contribution seniority acquired as from 1 July 2022, applying the provisions in force in the Employee Pension Fund. In order to facilitate a rapid and effective integration of the functions, an Integration Committee has been set up consisting of the general manager and three executives of INPGI, in office as of December 31, 2021, as well as four executives in charge of general management level functions. of the INPS, coordinated by the general director of INPS, with the task of achieving the unification of operational and current procedures by 31 December 2022.
