Due to this morning's accidents, there are currently stops on at least five tram lines in Gothenburg.
The affected lines are 1, 5, 6, 8 and 10.
- Bus traffic is also affected to some extent, but there are most delays right now, says Jill Hasselkvist, disruption coordinator at Västtrafik.
The reason is a collision between a tram and a car at Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen.
The collision has caused a derailment.
At the moment, bus lines 17, 25, Tjörnexpressen and Stenungsundexpressen do not stop at Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen.
During the morning, there have also been accidents at the carriage hall near Svingeln and at Kungsportsplatsen.
- At Svingeln, there is already a diversion of traffic and this morning, two trams have collided on the site, which means that we have to reroute the traffic once more, says Jill Hasselkvist, disruption coordinator at Västtrafik.
