One in five seniors does not use the Internet

Uncertainty and lack of IT skills cause many to consciously avoid using the internet.

This is especially true for retirees, one in five of whom do not use the internet at all.

Courses on the use of the Internet and smartphones have been organized for seniors in the Greater Stockholm area for the past two years.

For example, many are reluctant to do banking online because they are afraid of being scammed or doing something wrong.
