Mehdi lives today in Brandkärr with his wife and while waiting for a residence permit, he has learned the Swedish language on his own.
- I am not yet allowed to work like others but I still want to help people in some way, he says.
Since the report was recorded, the courses at ABF have ceased, but Mehdi plans to resume teaching.
