"

It was he, Alec Baldwin, who operated the weapon,

" simply recalled the Santa Fe prosecutor. Even if it is in all likelihood a tragic accident, at this stage said the American justice no one is excluded from possible criminal prosecution, not even the Hollywood star.

At a press conference, the prosecutor also delivered the results of the searches carried out on the Bonanza Creek ranch in New Mexico where the filming of the film Rust was taking place.

On the spot the Colt brand revolver that killed Halyna Hutchins was found, but above all, on this shoot, investigators discovered more than 500 ammunition.

Among these ammunition, there was a mixture of dummy cartridges, blank bullets but also live ammunition, which is strictly prohibited on a set for safety reasons.

How did these live bullets get on this shoot?

This is what the police now want to know "

because they should not have been there

" said the sheriff of Sante Fe. According to the American press, a few hours before the accident,

members of the team of movie had

fun shooting shooting guns on tin cans.
