During the trial of Meng Wanzhou’s extradition case, the court disclosed to the media the detained items of Meng Wanzhou, including one Apple laptop, one Apple tablet, one Apple mobile phone, one Huawei mobile phone, one USB flash drive, mobile SIM card, and A Chinese passport.

During the trial of the extradition case, Meng Wanzhou’s team of lawyers pointed out to the court that Meng’s mobile phone password was improperly shared with the Royal Mounted Police by the Canadian Border Service staff, which was suspected of constituting procedural abuse.

Meng Wanzhou, the chief financial officer of Huawei, was detained by the Canadian side for 1028 days while transiting in Vancouver, Canada, on December 1, 2018.
