Late in the evening on September 17 this year, several police patrols were alerted to a residential area in Kisa.
A man in his 20s stated that he had been threatened, beaten and robbed by several people.
Prosecution was brought in the case today.
According to the indictment, the 20-year-old was robbed on his mobile phone after being threatened with a pistol-like object and knives.
In connection with the robbery, two of the teenage boys are also said to have beaten the 20-year-old with blows and kicks while the victim was lying on the ground.
Two of the teenage boys are also charged with minor drug offenses.
The 17- and 19-year-old are already known to the police.
