China respects Afghanistan’s exploration of a development path and governance model that suits its own national conditions, respects Afghanistan’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and respects the objective reality of the Afghan Interim Government’s governance throughout the country.

I hope Ata can unite all ethnic groups and factions, achieve stability, restore development, and truly control the future and destiny of Afghanistan in the hands of the people.

China is willing to work with the international community to promote the "Afghan-owned and Afghan-led" principle in Afghanistan and play a constructive role in this regard.

Wang Yi said that China is concerned about the difficulties currently facing Afghanistan, especially the possible humanitarian crisis, and is willing to continue to lend a helping hand and provide assistance within its capacity.

The first batch of humanitarian aid materials provided by China have arrived in Kabul, and will continue to pass through the International Federation of Red Cross Societies, the United Nations Refugee Agency and other channels, and coordinate local provinces and regions in China to provide further emergency material assistance.

China appreciates Atta’s understanding and attention to China’s major security concerns, and believes Atta will take more resolute and decisive actions to combat the "East-Iran Movement", an international terrorist force.

We are willing to discuss cooperation in the field of economic reconstruction after the situation is stabilized and security conditions are available in Afghanistan, and support Afghanistan in leveraging its geographical advantages in the "Heart of Asia", strengthening inter-regional connectivity, and enhancing its capacity for independent development.

Mutaki said that the situation in Afghanistan has gradually stabilized, and the new Afghan government has achieved actual governance of Afghanistan.

After 45 years of war, Afghanistan cherishes peace extremely and is willing to carry out equal and friendly cooperation with other countries.

The friendly relations between Afghanistan and China are of vital importance to Afghanistan. The Arab side highly appreciates China's principle of non-interference in internal affairs, and hopes to communicate with China and develop all-round cooperation.

The UAE is grateful for China’s support and help, and will use China’s assistance to improve people’s livelihood while striving to achieve independent development.

Afghanistan will promote regional peace and security while working to achieve its own security and stability.

Mutaki emphasized that Ata will never allow anyone or any force to use Afghan territory to do things that endanger China.
