The Ministry of Foreign Affairs responds to Wu Zhaoxie's visits everywhere: a dead end is doomed to rely on foreign self-respect

A reporter asked questions. According to reports, Taiwan’s “head of foreign affairs department” Wu Zhaoxie will visit Slovakia and the Czech Republic in the near future. What is China’s comment?

　　Spokesperson Zhao Lijian said that Wu Zhaoxie is a typical "Taiwan independence" separatist. The real purpose of his visits is to promote "Taiwan independence" separatist propositions, create the illusion of "one China, one Taiwan", and disrupt China's relations with countries with diplomatic relations.

China expresses its firm opposition to relevant countries' connivance of "Taiwan independence" separatists, and requires relevant countries to abide by the one-China principle and refrain from providing a platform for "Taiwan independence" separatist activities.

We are also telling the Taiwan authorities that trying to use foreigners to promote "Taiwan independence" is doomed to a dead end.
