As SVT Nyheter Väst previously reported, a 17-year-old who was charged with the murder of a 16-year-old in the spring of 2020 was acquitted today. Prosecutor Thomas Willén has before the trial said that he judged the evidence to be strong.
But it is an image that the lawyer only partially agrees with.
- I agree that there is a good picture of what happens during these critical minutes.
But that there would be solid evidence at the individual level - who did what?
Absolutely not!
That is probably why this indictment falls, he says.
