The Draft of Opinions intends to stipulate that the account name information registered and used by Internet user account users shall not be counterfeited, counterfeited, or fabricated the names and logos of news media, or use news, reports, newspapers and other information with news attributes without authorization.

  The "Draft Opinions" mentioned that when Internet user account users register for an account, they should sign an agreement with the Internet user account service platform, provide real identity information, and comply with platform content production and account management rules, platform conventions, and service agreements.

When an Internet user account user registers and uses an account, the account name information can be consistent with the user's real professional identity information.

When registering an account, a minor shall obtain the consent of his guardian and provide the minor’s personal identity card number for verification of true identity information.

  Internet user account users should follow the following principles when registering and using account name information: Internet user account name information should fully reflect personal characteristics, and must not imitate or resemble organizations such as party, government and military agencies, news media, enterprises, and public institutions. Names, logos, or geographic names of national administrative regions to avoid misleading the public; Internet organization users’ account name information should match the organization’s own name, logo, etc., and match the organization’s nature, business scope, and type of industry.

  The account name information registered and used by Internet user account users shall not have the following circumstances:

  (1) Violating the provisions of Article 6 and Article 7 of the Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content;

  (2) Counterfeiting, counterfeiting, or fabricating the names and logos of party, government and military agencies, enterprises, institutions, and people's organizations;

  (3) Counterfeiting, counterfeiting, or fabricating the names and logos of news media, or using news, reports, newspapers and other name information with news attributes without authorization;

  (4) Counterfeiting, counterfeiting, the geographical names and signs of important spaces such as the administrative region of the country, the location of the institution, and landmark buildings;

  (5) Deliberately entraining QR codes, website addresses, email addresses, contact information, etc., or using homophones, homophones, similar characters, pinyin, numbers, symbols, letters, and meaningless characters, etc., infringe upon the legal rights of others, seek illegal interests, or harm the public interest of;

  (6) Other acts prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
