The turnout in the elections was 80.4% of the total registered voters of Uzbekistan's population of 35 million, while the election result was an expression of the great popularity enjoyed by President Mirziyoyev in light of the achievements made during his first term over the past five years.

It is noteworthy that Uzbekistan witnessed remarkable progress in the five areas focused on by the development strategy that was implemented under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during the period from 2017 to 2021, and included many legal and economic fields.
