Many moving loads go to Kungsör - tops the moving-in list in Västmanland

- We do not strive to grow the fastest in Västmanland.

We strive to grow at a reasonable pace.

Then it's a little fun to do it once in a while, says Claes-Urban Boström, municipal director in Kungsör.

In absolute numbers, most have moved to Västerås, but per 1,000 inhabitants, it is Kungsör that tops the list.

60 percent have moved to the small municipality from other counties in Sweden and 40 percent from other municipalities in Västmanland.

- Most come from Eskilstuna, says Claes-Urban Boström.

The municipality asks all newcomers why they chose Kungsör.
