According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Lavrov is discussing bilateral relations with the Norwegian Prime Minister, and also considered international issues in the context of interaction between the two countries in the UN Security Council.
Earlier it was reported that Lavrov was holding talks with his colleague from Finland Pekka Haavisto in Tromsø as part of the 18th ministerial session of the Barents / Euro-Arctic Council.
