- We have a lot of young people who go on to higher education and move to larger cities and then we may need to develop more educational opportunities in the municipality, says Carina Johansson (C), who is the chairman of the municipal board.

The municipality's plan to get more people to want to settle in Gislaved's municipality includes both housing and land preparation so that companies can establish themselves here.

- We have a fantastic business climate here.

And those who move here say they are happy, she says.

But in the parking lot outside the grocery store, we meet some young people who do not feel so well.

- There is nothing to do here, says 17-year-old Valton Hammarström and is supported by his friend Gustav Lust.
