From January to September 2021, the national discipline inspection and supervision agencies received a total of 2.842 million letters and visits, handled 1.364 million problem clues, 250,000 conversation letter inquiries, filed 470,000 cases, and sanctioned 414,000 (of which party discipline 345,000 people were punished).
22 provincial and ministerial cadres, 2058 cadres at the department and bureau level, 17,000 cadres at the county and division level, 60,000 cadres at the township level, 67,000 general cadres, and 268,000 other personnel in rural areas and enterprises were punished.
From January to September 2021, the national discipline inspection and supervision agencies used the "four forms" to criticize, educate, and assist and handle a total of 1.474 million person-times.
Among them, using the first form of criticism education helped 1.053 million person-times, accounting for 71.5% of the total; using the second form to process 322,000 person-times, accounting for 21.9%; using the third form to process 46,000 person-times, accounting for 3.1%; The fourth form handles 52,000 person-times, accounting for 3.6%.
