“In the Kaliningrad region, non-working days are introduced from October 28 to November 7.

During this period, a number of additional epidemic restrictions will be in effect throughout the region, ”the message says.

It is noted that restrictive measures are aimed at reducing contact between people to slow the rate of increase in the incidence of coronavirus.

“These days, the work of shopping centers and non-food stores of any size is suspended,” the message explains. 

Hotel check-in will be carried out exclusively by the QR code for vaccination or PCR test. 

Vacations are announced in schools from October 28 to November 7.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which non-working days are announced in the country from October 30 to November 7.

The head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, said that non-working days introduced in Russia are not a lockdown.
