She did not appreciate seeing the path blocked by the passage of the runners.
That day, no less than 700 people took part in the Loops of the Seine.
In the city center, the cars therefore had to give priority to the runners, not without annoyance.
“I saw fairly quickly that there were regular tensions.
People did not tolerate waiting a few seconds, a few minutes, ”Laurent Bonnaterre, the LREM mayor of Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf, told 76actu.

And a driver did not have the patience to wait for the runners to pass ... The latter therefore decided to force the passage.
An event volunteer stepped in.
Victim of slight concussions, the man was taken care of by civil security, but was not taken to hospital.
Thanks to the registration of the car, the motorist has been identified but has not yet been arrested.
The volunteer decided to file a complaint against the driver.
The mayor of the town called on the organizers of the race to do the same.
