An armed clash between young people occurred in a street in Verneuil-sur-Seine (Yvelines) this Saturday.

Two bands attacked each other: one from the town where the events took place and the other from Mureaux.

According to 78actu, ten teenagers participated in this outburst of violence.

Armed with axes, iron bars or even icebreakers, they clashed violently on Avenue Marguerite-Gilles.

Four people taken into police custody

The two groups met again in the early afternoon.

Young people, who finally came accompanied, had to explain themselves about a dispute, the origin of which is unknown.

Three teenagers were injured in the brawl but none were taken to hospital.

One of the participants had his cell phone stolen during the fight.

The police, who came to put an end to the confrontation, were taken to task.

She arrested eight people, all minors.

Four of them were returned to their parents.

The other four teenagers were taken into custody.

They are between 16 and 17 years old.
