The UN Security Council is expected to hold an emergency closed-door meeting on Sudan on Tuesday afternoon at the request of six Western countries, diplomats told AFP on Monday.
This session was demanded by the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, the United States, Estonia and France, the same sources said.
