Lawsuit Alberto Rodríguez hires Puigdemont's lawyer for possible actions against Batet
Former United We Can Deputy Alberto Rodríguez will not file a complaint against the president of the Congress of Deputies,
Meritxell Batet,
after the withdrawal of his seat, as confirmed by sources around him.
The same sources have advanced that Rodríguez has hired two lawyers who are experts in European law - the same ones who defend Puigdemont - for the judicial process that he is going to undertake.
The former United Podemos parliamentarian announced this Saturday that he is leaving Podemos and that he will do everything in his legal power to defend his innocence
