Earlier, the man was reported for another crime and upon reporting, storage media were handed over to the police.
Some of the content was judged to constitute child pornography offenses and the police then chose to conduct a house search.
In connection with the house search, a hard drive with several child pornographic images was found.
The police also found a 40-second film that the man himself recorded.
In the film, children appear in a sexual context.
The man is also naked in the seized video.
He is now convicted of aggravated exploitation of children for sexual posing and child pornography offenses.
The man does not appear in the criminal record and the sanction is therefore a conditional sentence with a daily fine.
