The corresponding statement was published on the center's page in VKontakte.

“Yesterday in Yekaterinburg there was a Night of Music ... At the end of the evening at the Yeltsin Center, musician Vadim Samoilov came to the microphone ... with them - and to the "Yeltsin Center", on the stage of which he performed, "- the statement says.

The press service believes that the musician made "openly homophobic statements" and the organizers of the event did not interrupt his performance.

The Yeltsin Center notes that they cannot ignore what happened.

“Therefore, we reserve the right to terminate cooperation with the organizers of the Night of Music and hope to never see Mr. Samoilov within the walls of the Yeltsin Center again,” the message says.

Earlier it was reported that the founder of the group "Agatha Christie" Vadim Samoilov at the Music Night festival in Yekaterinburg spoke negatively about liberals, LGBT people and the "Yeltsin Center", on the site of which he performed.
