Aqdar World Summit kicks off at Expo 2020 Dubai tomorrow
The activities of Aqdar World Summit in its fourth edition, which bears the slogan “Positive Global Citizenship - Enabling Sustainable Investment Opportunities” will be launched tomorrow, Sunday, to continue its journey in spreading the values of civilized and human dialogue, citizenship behaviors and positive culture.
The UAE hosted the first and second editions of the summit in 2017 and 2018 in the capital, Abu Dhabi, and then held the third edition of the summit in Moscow, landing this time in this global event "Expo 2020 Dubai", which embraces the cultures of the world in one place to be a global summit in Title, content and objectives.
The activities of the summit - which is one of the initiatives of the Khalifa Empowerment Program “Aqdar” - will run from 24 to 30 October at the Expo Center in Dubai in Halls 1A and 1C and the “Fazaa” pavilion to be a platform for meeting and civilized and cultural dialogue with an elite group of specialists. and decision makers and executives in government and private sectors.
The activities of the first day - which will be held entirely in the Fazaa pavilion at the Expo, located in the Mobility area, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation building - include the Aqdar round table in cooperation with the Federal Youth Foundation, which deals with the role of modern media and social communication in promoting positive global citizenship, and then begins a series of cultural cooperation forums. At the Positive Leadership Forum, after which the “Emirati Credibility” event, which is held in partnership with the National and Reserve Service, will be held, where the “Emirati is committed to serving his country” session will be held. The activities of the first day “Sunday” also include Aqdar’s dialogue sessions, where His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayh, President of the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies, Chairman of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa, and His Excellency Daly Dalon, the Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations, will speak on the theme of positive citizenship in promoting human brotherhood.
