“One million will be paid to the families of the victims, the family includes a spouse, parents, children,” TASS quotes the minister as saying.

In the event of serious harm to health, the payment will be 400 thousand rubles, the average - 200 thousand rubles.

According to TASS, the bodies of 15 victims were found at the site of a fire at a plant in the Ryazan region.

There were 17 people in the shop at the time of the incident.

Earlier it became known that the acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Chupriyan flies to the Ryazan region, where there was a fire in the powder shop.
