Indicted and remanded in custody in the Mia case, investigated in Nancy, Rémy Daillet was taken from his cell on Tuesday, October 19 to be taken into custody in another case, followed by the anti-terrorism pole of the judicial court from Paris.

This time, he is suspected of having considered "

plans for coups d'état and other violent actions

", including an attack on a Masonic lodge in eastern France, according to a source familiar with the matter.

What he disputes.

At the end of his police custody, he was presented this Friday to an investigating judge who indicted him for criminal terrorist association and again placed in pre-trial detention. Her 67-year-old secretary, Ginette M., arrested on Tuesday in the Aude where she lives, was also indicted on the same charge but she was placed under judicial supervision.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Rémy Daillet is suspected of being "

the brain

" of a group planning violent actions.

This brings to fourteen the number of people belonging to the ultra-right indicted in this case.

The previous indictments date from October 8.

They are four men, including two soldiers.

Convinced that "

Emmanuel Macron is at the service of money and that we must put an end to big capital

the idea of a coup d'état, of an overthrow of the French government

Rémy Daillet, the inspiration?

According to a source familiar with the matter, the judicial information, opened in May after the first arrests linked to the small group "Honor and Nation", has widened, and the projects targeted by justice now exceed this circle.

But all the accused seem to have the same inspirer: Rémy Daillet.

The investigation will have to determine his responsibilities.

“

Despite the efforts of the DGSI and the public prosecutor, no material and objective element allows him to be personally implicated at the end of a police custody which he faced alone, confident that he was still in custody. French justice

”, commented in a press release his lawyer, Me Jean-Christophe Basson-Larbi.

French justice considers today, inventing a"

principle of judicial precaution

", that Mr. Daillet can and must be embellished for having disseminated explicitly non-

violent

political ideas

which violent individuals claim to escape their possible responsibilities

", he continues, calling his client a “

political prisoner

 ”.

Among the targets of the accused in this case, included among others 5G antennas, vaccination centers, journalists and personalities, had detailed two sources close to the investigation.

Among the four suspects arrested in early October, two are also being prosecuted in the case of the kidnapping of little Mia.

In this investigation, Rémy Daillet was indicted in mid-June for "

complicity in the kidnapping of a 15-year-old minor committed in an organized gang

 " and "

criminal association

 ".
