Expo.. Pakistan pavilion attracts 100,000 visitors

The number of visitors to the Pakistani pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai exceeded 100,000 people, becoming one of the most attractive pavilions for visitors since the exhibition opened its doors.

The colorful appearance of the Pakistani pavilion attracted more than 8,000 visitors on the first day, and 55,000 visitors in the first week of October.

The number of visitors over the weekend was exceptional.

The pavilion's general manager, Rizwan Tariq, said the pavilion has attracted visitors thanks to its spaces and activities that reveal the "hidden treasure" of Pakistan.

As for the Head of the Programming and Marketing Department, Afroz Abreu, she said that the pavilion organized many cultural, informational and commercial events throughout the month of October, to showcase the huge potential and opportunities in the tourism sector and other economic sectors.

She added that the pavilion will also host a variety of entertainment and commercial events over the six months of the exhibition.

Visitors to the Pakistan Pavilion can experience the country's best hidden treasures, from vibrant handicrafts to the 10 Billion Trees project and delicious cuisine.
