"During the external examination of the corpses, no traces of violence were found, and for the study were taken samples of water and pool and chlorine, which was used for disinfection," - reports the portal Albanian Daily News, citing a report from the prosecutor's office.

Mobile phones and clothes of the deceased Russians were seized as material evidence.

The Prosecutor General's Office of Albania had previously opened a criminal case for murder in connection with the death of four tourists in one of the hotels.

According to Albanian media, the bodies of four Russians were found in a hotel sauna in the village of Kerret, Kavaya district.

Presumably, they died of suffocation.
