In August, in Isère, fourteen sheep died after falling into a ravine above Villard-Reculas.
The animals, panicked because of a drone flying nearby, found themselves trapped according to their shepherd, reports

“He brushed past the sheep at full speed with a noise of hell.
I waved my arms around for him to stop, but nothing to do.
The sheep were terrified.
Some have gone over a precipice, ”he told our colleagues.
A fine incurred for the destruction of the drone
The shepherd, mad with rage, destroyed the device.
The pilot decided to file a complaint.
The farmer will be summoned to court in early November, he risks a 400 euros fine for destruction of equipment.
Due to lack of time, the shepherd has not yet lodged a complaint but intends to do so.
He hopes this dramatic accident will result in a law banning drone overflight over cattle in the mountains.
The town hall of Villard-Reculas wonders about the drafting of a municipal decree but calls for common sense and respect for holidaymakers.
For his part, the shepherd ensures that he will not return to this area with his animals next year.
