The WHO representative also noted the increase in the number of cases of COVID-19 in Russia, expressing the hope that this will not lead to too high pressure on health care.

Ryan stressed the importance of coronavirus vaccination and urged to remain vigilant about the virus's dangers. 

Earlier, the WHO announced the risk of failing the goals for vaccination against COVID-19 in 80 countries around the world.
