“The Ministry of Education has sent recommendations to the regional education authorities to organize school holidays on the dates designated by the presidential decree as non-working days: from October 30 to November 7,” the message says.
As the press service emphasized, "in many schools these days are scheduled holidays, so the quality and completeness of the educational process will not suffer."
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which non-working days are announced in the country from October 30 to November 7.
