The head of the Pentagon discussed with the Minister of Defense of Denmark Russia's actions

Austin met with Brahmsen in Brussels, TASS reports with reference to the Pentagon. 

The parties "reaffirmed the strong bilateral defense relationship between the United States and Denmark," and discussed "ways to deepen and expand defense cooperation."

It is noted that Austin and Brahmsen "noted a common concern about issues affecting transatlantic security, including Russia's actions in the North Atlantic, the Baltic Sea and Ukraine."

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Lloyd Austin.
