"The former stepfather and his partner have been charged with the murder of a teenager committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy," the agency reports to TASS.
It is noted that the defendants in the case do not admit their guilt.
Earlier, suspects in the murder of a 15-year-old teenager were detained in the Ryazan region.
The RT material reported that the boy's stepfather and his new common-law wife were suspected of murder.
