Britain's Queen Elizabeth II has been cared for one night in hospital, Buckingham Palace reports. The 95-year-old regent canceled a trip to Northern Ireland yesterday, after doctors said she should rest. "After being recommended to rest for a few days, the Queen visited the hospital on Wednesday afternoon for some preliminary examinations and returned to Windsor Castle at lunchtime today (Thursday), and remains in good spirits," the British royal family wrote in a statement.
