She noted that it is prohibited to hold any convention and sports events, with the exception of competitions held by professional sports leagues.
A system of QR codes and documents on immunity is being introduced to visit public places in the region.
Earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said that she did not see the need for a federal lockdown.
