It is noted that two apartments on the seventh floor caught fire in a 12-storey building on Bulatnikovsky passage.
16 people were rescued from the house, including two children.
“Unfortunately, one person died as a result of the fire,” the Emergencies Ministry said.
The area of the fire was 35 square meters.
The fire has already been extinguished.
Earlier, three children died in a fire in a private house in the Zimovnikovsky district of the Rostov region.
